Case Manager for Housing

The Chicago Lights Social Service Center (SSC) is seeking a mission driven case manager who believes that housing is a human right. The right candidate will have strong documentation and communication skills, be proactive with community/participant engagement, and will be excited to work with individuals who are experiencing or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. An ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent, enjoy being a part of a team with shared decision-making responsibilities, and will be energized by new initiatives. The Case Manager will oversee all housing case management services facilitated at the SSC and will provide support to participants in all food/clothing distribution services. The SSC team seeks a colleague who contributes to a culture of open communication, collaboration, teamwork, and creativity.
