Rahman Burton

Housing Case Manager, Social Service Center

Rahman is the Housing Case Manager at Chicago Lights Social Service Center, where he supports participants in addressing their individual housing needs. He also provides case management services through the Housing Opportunity Program (HOP), helping participants achieve both housing stability and long-term economic self-sufficiency.

With more than 25 years of experience in the social services field, Rahman has dedicated much of his career to serving individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as those affected by mental health and substance use challenges. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chicago State University.
