*Online ordering is closed. Curbside pickup is Saturday, May 16 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 444 W. Chicago Ave. (use Hudson Ave. gate entrance).

– This is the first time we’ve done an online plant sale! We appreciate your understanding in advance in any delayed responses to questions or glitches. Plants pictured online WILL look different than what you get given our transplants have not reached full maturity.

– If you don’t see the plant online, we don’t have it—sorry!

– Quantities are limited. Please only order what you can plant! Each item has some growing tips in the description. Please take a look at that before emailing gardening-related questions.

– ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN BY midnight on Wednesday, May 13.

– Questions? Contact Ben Jaffe at Thanks for supporting our community programming in these trying times!

Plants are available for a recommended donation that supports the Chicago Lights Urban Farm, which cultivates a thoughtful and engaged community of youth and adults through educational and economic opportunities, hands-on learning experiences, and access to fresh, local, and sustainably grown produce.

Students and young adults gain transferable job skills through seasonal internships, setting them up for success as they pursue fulfilling and healthy lives. We also connect the former Cabrini-Green neighborhood with fresh produce through our CSA salad share, Farmstand, community gardening, and local partnerships.
